During the comprehensive exam our experienced, caring and very thorough dentists check your teeth, gums and mouth for any signs of tooth decay, cracks, signs of gingivitis or periodontal disease.
Early detection of any oral disease including dental decay and gum disease helps to manage small dental problems before they become larger, more complicated and expensive. Untreated cavities can grow rapidly and destroy an entire tooth, a cracked tooth may break off if not discovered and corrected, and gum disease can advance if not detected early.
